Principal Outcomes:

To create a nurturing environment for the youth & young adults to grow as disciples of Jesus.

Strategies:
- Provide and sustain a holistic roadmap of spiritual formation. (In & through the Holy Scriptures, Wesleyan-Arminian based)
- Intentionally identify, raise up & develop disciple-makers and leaders among students and adult volunteers.
To lead a youth ministry & develop a sustainable approach to college-aged ministries within the cross-generational context of Mattis Ave FMC, toward the next generation of leaders being raised/integrated into community & ministry

Strategies:

Network cross-generational relationships for demonstration, encouragement, and edification.
To engage and participate within the activity and mission of the church.
